Tugging at the edges of the blindfold with his teeth, Alec growls at the closing door. The bolt slides home just as he pulls the offending cloth free.

Behind him, someone coughs and Alec whirls around sharply in surprise. The room spins violently around him, his brain colliding head on with the drugs the SOBs pumped him full of down in the intake room. He clings to the wall and tries to hold on to his lunch.

When the swirling finally clears, the sloppy shadow in front of him resolves into the form of a man. A really built, tall man. Tall as in he’s got to look up to see the guy’s face, and he's not used to that. He finds it concerned and confused when he does, bright eyes hunting his own in a too-familiar search for a clue.

Too bad, because Alec’s got nothing.

The guy sticks his hand out, and Alec accepts the offer warily, tossing, “I’m Alec,” out into the dim cell.

“Sam,” the guy responds, sizing Alec up with for a moment before adding, “Winchester. You got any idea why we’re here?”

Alec starts to laugh, but his brain chooses that moment to offer up an idea and he starts to choke instead. His airway isn't really clear, but he glares at the ceiling and growls out, "Probably because someone's got a fucked up idea of what breeding partners means," into the room.

It's been 7 months since I last updated this story. Bad Author! Stoopid reality, always getting in the way of my fantasy.

Dean was pretending not to notice and then he really stopped noticing because something HUGE caught the corner of his eye and it wasn’t his little brother’s gargantuan dick. )

varkelton posted her big bang! You need to go read An Issue of Consent, like, right now. It's an incredible story full of angst (as most stories that start with trauma and move on to fuck or die scenarios are) and slow, sweet recovery (which most of 'em skimp on, but not this one!) as the boys rebuild their partnership and adjust to the situation they've been dealt. Did I mention that it's really hot too? What are you still doing here then?

It's also dark as hell, so please read her warnings. And please don't forget to comment, because, believe it or not, this amazing thing is her first story and we all need to encourage her so she'll feed us more like it!

Disclaimer: I'm just playing with toys left out by the great collective conscious. I own none of the characters here, especially Lucifer.

Awareness comes slowly, stretching up through the stone. I feel each pebble and grain as I pass, sifting through them, pushing and tugging for a path upwards. When my light finally bursts free to flood the chapel, my own raw power staggers me. I reel, formless, reaching blindly for something, anything to stabilize the flow, searching the darkness until, finally, my tendrils stretch enough and I feel him, my anchor in the darkness, wide open and ready for me. Scared and strong, vital and righteous and broken. Perfectly prepared for me, standing there next to the last of his strength.

Touching him is like coming home, and it fills me with more longing than I have felt all in the millennia of my exile. Greedily, I reach for him, my light painting his skin, the tendrils of it sinking in deeper and deeper, gaining strength as they easily penetrate the last of his defenses, gently starting to pry him from the one, the brother, next to him.

He is mine. Soon, he will be nothing more than a part of me as once again I am become what I have always been.

Wow, almost a month to the day since the last bit. Sorry! (Especially since this has been written for all of that time.) The next one, 14, is in beta now (I know, you've heard that before, but  I'm gonna be faster with it, I promise!)
