My mom would have loved this sweet little short film very, very much. And so, smiling through my tears, I share it with you all. It's not christmasy; it's best-of-human-nature-y and that was what she taught me the season should really be about. (Also? It has Hodgins)

I've spent the morning watching my little niece Nicole (13 months already - where does the time go?) running from person to person, "helping" to open everyone's gifts and shrieking her glee. She just conked her head pretty good on the coffee table, but she's not letting it slow her down.
